The FoodSocial x Mamma's Boy Trattoria Christmas lunch was a festive immersion of Abruzzo, an Italian region where the Adriatic Sea meets the Appenine Mountains and the locals are known for being "forte e gentile" (strong and kind).
Acclaimed Abruzzese Chef Dario D'Agostino and his team worked tirelessly until 3am to bring to the table of 20 guests five courses of his own Mother's dishes all of which were paired with native wines including from their family vineyard Castorani.
