This gem has reached new heights in Asian fusion dining with its signature and highly Instagrammable flying noodles suspended in the air by "magic" according to Co-Owner Shirley Chan and descends when one devours the base of Queensland tiger prawns, scallops, fish, noodles, XO sauce and gai lan.
It is hard to believe that this heritage pizzeria conversion has only been in operation for a few months with other pieces of art on a plate including beef rendang spring rolls with curry mayonnaise; kingfish sashimi, Indonesian sambal dressing, coconut foam and kaffir lime pearls; chilli prawns and fried mantou; gochujang pork belly with crispy lotus root and roasted sesame; yuzu glazed chicken garnished with charred lime; char siu duck and osmanthus honey; laksa and because there is always room for dessert fried ice cream with desiccated coconut, wasabi ganache and orange gel; Vietnamese coffee infused brownie; and miso flan with creamed corn.
Open Thursdays to Sundays, the sleek space with moody hues and dim lighting along with hospitality deserving of Chapel Champion Awards accolades is conducive to lunches, yum cha, dinners, date nights over cocktails such as the Watermelon Lychee Martini, Singapore Spritz and Forbidden City and stand up or seated events.
